I received over 1100 hours of training at the Montgomery School of Massage Therapy and have been practicing massage therapy in Auburn since graduating massage school in 2001. 

Over the past 20+ years, I have received additional training in many areas of massage, including pregnancy, sports, ashiatsu, geriatric, fibromyalgia, lymphatic, and deep tissue.

I love being a massage therapist! Helping people feel better is a truly delightful way to spend my career.
